Beneficiary Invoice Template

The beneficiary invoice can be used by an heir or inheritor of an estate to request property or other assets from the holder. The holder of the asset is the executor, meaning they are in charge of distributing a person’s property after they die. After having received the invoice, the executor will be given a certain amount of time to make the necessary arrangements so the asset(s) may be transferred to the beneficiary. This type of invoice is commonly used in circumstances where individuals that have died without a will or someone who has died below the State minimum requirement for probate (small estate).
