Law Firm Billing Invoice

The law firm billing invoice, or legal invoice, is a statement detailing the legal fees charged by a lawyer or law firm. A lawyer may be hired for a number of reasons, so they must provide their client with a list of services, and descriptions thereof, along with the fee or hourly rate associated with said service. The client, upon receiving the invoice, should look over all the legal services for which they have been charged to ensure there are no extraneous expenses. The total amount owed to the law firm/lawyer will be written at the bottom of the invoice along with the date upon which payment is due.
