Direct Deposit Invoice Template

The direct deposit invoice is a document used to request payment, specifically a payment made by direct deposit from a client’s bank to the individual demanding payment. This invoice template can be used by anyone who has made a sale, performed services, or a combination of both. After the transaction has occured or labor has been provided, the individual creating the invoice will fill out their name and address, the name and address of their client, a description of the sale/services, the total amount owed, and direct deposit information. The client will use the direct deposit information to pay the invoicer within the number of days recorded on the invoice.
