How to Create

Step 1 – Go to

Step 2 – Enter your personal or company name and address at the top, followed by the name and address of the client. Then enter the invoice date and number.

Step 3 – In the table, enter a new separate item and description for each type of work provided, with enough detail so the client understands the work performed. Then fill in the unit cost, quantity, and tax for each item. The sum of the line total column will be the subtotal due. Enter this amount under the date where it reads “Amount Due.”

Step 4 – At the bottom, write any necessary terms or notes such as the due date for payment or the payment method. Then use the panel on the right to save and send your invoice once it’s completed.
