Freelance Videographer Invoice Template

The freelance videographer invoice is a document that video-makers can use to bill their clients. Costs for video production will usually include the videographer’s hourly rate ($/hr) plus any equipment rentals that are necessary for the project at hand (cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, etc.). In the event that the video is being made in a physical film media (35mm, VHS, Super 8, etc.), the invoice will probably also include additional costs for film and development. The invoice should clearly describe everything that the client is being charged for, the individual unit price, the subtotal of all materials and services, and the due date by which the full invoiced amount must be paid.
