Labor and Materials Invoice Template

The labor and materials invoice is a simple document delivered from payee to customer that is used to clearly delineate the cost of materials and labor used on a project. The invoice is typically delivered following the completion of the services, with a definitive deadline for payment displayed at the bottom. Any discounts, taxes, or other fees which may apply to the total amount can be indicated below the labor and materials tables. Once the customer has paid the amount owed in its totality, the transaction will be considered complete and a receipt may be furnished for proof of payment.
