Membership Dues Invoice Template

The membership dues invoice, a.k.a. the membership fees invoice, is for any type of club or subscription that charges its members on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. When the deadline for payment is approaching, the organization will deliver an invoice to provide their members with an opportunity to review the exact breakdown of costs, and to provide them with a reminder that the dues must be submitted by the deadline in order for membership to sustain. Any discounts or applicable taxes can be accounted for at the bottom of the invoice along with the total amount owed.
