Credit Card (cc) Payment Invoice Template

The credit card payment invoice is sent to a client with the instructions that their Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card is a viable option for processing the balance owed. The invoice must include a description of the products and services that the client is being charged for, along with their respective prices and rates. Depending on the payee’s processor, the cardholder’s name, billing address (including zip code), fifteen (15) or sixteen (16) digit card number, expiration date, and three (3) or four (4) digit security code will be required for payment.
