Model Invoice Template

The model invoice is used by an independent contractor or agency to charge a photographer or other professional for a model’s services. If the individual is charging by the hour, they’ll be able to clearly state the services provided, the rate, and the number of hours worked, thus providing the total cost. Transportation, make-up, costume changes and the like will often be added to the total time spent but should be clearly defined in the invoice as well to avoid confusion.
