Equipment Rental Invoice Template

The equipment rental invoice is a payment request form provided to a customer who has rented equipment from a private or commercial rental company. This invoice can be used for renting construction equipment (excavation, bulldozers, dump trucks, etc.), farming equipment, music and/or DJ equipment, sports equipment, and any other equipment required for temporary use. An equipment rental invoice should list all the items that were rented by the customer along with the associated costs. If the equipment is delivered to the customer, the invoice may include shipping information and costs. The customer must pay the total amount written on the invoice before or on the payment due date to avoid any extra costs of late fees.
