Party Rental Invoice Template

The party rental invoice is to bill for the leasing of tables, chairs, tents, bar equipment, and any other items needed to host an event. This is common for seminars, conferences, trade shows, weddings, company meetings, and any other event that requires temporary furnishings. If catering or other services are included that require staff to be present during the event, labor will be accounted for on an hourly basis. The total amount owed will be written at the bottom of the invoice and the customer will be required to make the payment in full before the date specified by the rental company.
