Sales Tax Invoice Template

The sales tax invoice is a common invoice used for requesting payment for any transaction between a buyer and seller that includes the amount of sales tax charged to the buyer. Regardless of the type of product(s), the seller will most likely charge sales tax for each item sold. Included on this invoice will be a description of all items sold to the buyer, the amount for each item, the subtotal of all these items, the sales tax, the total amount owed, and the payment due date. If the products were delivered to the buyer, shipping charges can be included on the document as well.
