Production Assistant Invoice Template

The production assistant invoice template is used by a production assistant, or PA, to request payment for work they performed while operating as a member of a film crew. The invoice should provide a brief description of the PA’s duties as well as the number of hours worked, hourly wage, and the total amount payable to the PA including a statement of all applicable taxes. Payment shall be made by the production company within the number of days indicated on the invoice.
