Towing Service Invoice Template

Download the towing service invoice template to request payment for towing services. How to Make in Adobe PDF and Microsoft Word

Step 1 – Download in Adobe PDF (.pdf) or Microsoft Word (.doc).

Step 2 – At the top, enter the date and time of writing the invoice, and the tow control and crane numbers. Then fill in the customer’s name, business name, business address, and business phone number.

Step 3 – In the next section, enter the name and phone number of where the vehicle was towed to, followed by the customer’s name and contact information. Then enter the address where the vehicle was picked up and the address where it was towed to.

Step 4 – Vehicle Description – Here, fill in the make, model, and so forth to identify the vehicle.

Step 5 – Schedule of Fees – Enter the cost of a public tow, the public storage fee, and if applicable, the minimum and maximum towing fees. Add these figures to arrive at the total due.

Step 6 – At the bottom, enter any other charges, the tow truck driver’s name, and then the tow driver and the disabled vehicle operator must sign.

How to Make in Microsoft Excel

Step 1 – Download in Microsoft Excel (.xls).

Step 2 – Enter the towing company’s name and slogan at the top followed by its contact information. To the right, fill in the date, customer ID and invoice number. Write in the address of the person or company being billed, and then on the right enter the towing date, type of vehicle, miles towed, and type of tow.

Step 3 – Table – Describe each type of service that is being charged. For example, include one row for the actual towing, and if applicable, the associated storage fees on another row. Then enter the rate for each service so you can write in the amounts on the right.

Step 4 – Add the figures in the amount column to reach the total the customer owes. Include any comments or special instructions needed to make payment properly.
