Transcriptionist Invoice Template

The transcriptionist invoice is a written account of charges for a transcription service. Transcriptionists are hired by a company, legal firm, medical practice, or other business for the purposes of converting speech (live or recorded) into a text document (written or electronic). These services are often charged by the hour but sometimes the individual/company will charge by the word, depending on the job for which they are hired. The invoice should detail how many transcriptionists were hired for the job, how many hours (or words) they completed, and how much the hiring party owes once the job is finished. A transcription invoice should be clear as to when the payment is owed and where the payment can be sent.
