Used Car Invoice Template
The used car invoice is for the sale of any type of used vehicle that is being purchased privately or from a dealership. This form can be used to request the full payment, deposit, or the remainder of an amount due for the purchase of a used car. If a deposit has already been made, the seller should reflect this on the invoice as a negative amount. In some circumstances, additional costs for delivery, upgrades, or add-ons may also be added to the base cost.

In accordance with State law, a Bill of Sale must be authorized, which is a legal contract detailing the buyer and seller of the transaction. In addition, it must include the Odometer Disclosure Statement that is required by federal law for vehicles under ten (10) years of age and below 16,000 pounds (lbs.).
