The USPS commercial invoice template is only available from the USPS website and at no fee for the form and the only cost being its shipping (different depending on where you are in the country). For tracking purposes every sheet is given a unique barcode and therefore the documents must be obtained either online, faxing a request to 1-800-270-6233, or by telephone at 1-800-610-8734.
Step 1 – Go to This WebPage (https://store.usps.com/store/browse/productDetailSingleSku.jsp?productId=P_FORM_6182&categoryId=free-shipping-supplies) and enter how many sheets you would like to be sent to you. After inputting click the ‘Add to Cart‘ button on the right side of the page (in blue).
Step 2 – On the next page you will be shown all the items in your shopping cart. To continue click the ‘Checkout‘ button.
Step 3 – If you have an account enter your login details. If you don’t then you will have to create an account.
Step 4 – Review your order and click the ‘Place my Order‘ button. Depending on where you live there may be a cost but usually it is free to obtain these documents and have sent to your residence or business.
