The invoice voucher is for a client that has a credit or other means of payment to a vendor. This is for a client that has “credit” with the payee, the invoice detailing the amount thereof and the remaining balance that the client must pay to complete the transaction. An invoice of this variety is common for trade-deals among businesses or if a customer returns an item and is only eligible for store credit.
