Withholding Tax Invoice Template

The withholding tax invoice is used to document tax that is being withheld from a payment request, leaving the responsibility of taxes to the payer of the invoice. Also known as retention tax, a withholding tax is a tax purposefully left out of an invoice in anticipation of the payer reimbursing the government themselves instead of the payee. This invoice template allows the payee to withhold a certain percentage of taxes when marking down the payment amount, taxes, and total amount owed.
