Therapist Invoice Template

The therapist invoice describes the charges which must be paid by a patient after having received therapy. The invoice may be used for a wide range of services including family or couples therapy, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. After therapy has been administered, the therapist should generate the invoice and provide it to the patient. The patient will then be required to pay the bill within the number of days specified in the invoice.
