The event photography invoice is a document that is delivered from a photographer to the company or individual putting on an event. The photographer will be responsible for detailing the exact services they provided at the event and the number of hours they worked. Their rate can be displayed in the template as well which will dictate the total cost of their business. Often event photographers will charge a flat-rate for their services, the invoice should still be drafted to detail exactly what the event organizer must pay while leaving the fields for hourly rate and number of hours blank.
