Vehicle Trade Invoice Template

The vehicle trade invoice is used when an individual or entity decides to trade a car (often in addition to cash) for another automobile. This is common when a person that is purchasing a used or new car wants to, at the same time, sell the vehicle they own. The vehicle the buyer has will need to be listed with a value, most likely using Kelley Blue Book as a reference, along with the cash difference for the car being purchased. Any local sales taxes should be included and once the sale and payment are completed the buyer will be required to obtain Bill of Sale in order to register with the Department of Motor Vehicles.
