Musical Performance Invoice Template

A musical performance invoice is a bill for a musician/DJ/band hired to perform at a party, for film/TV, at a conference, or any other event. Expenses vary greatly for this type of entertainment; a DJ/single music is only one person and will require less equipment whereas bands may be comprised of dozens or even a couple hundred performers. A musical performance invoice will detail how many performers were hired and what the total charges were for the event. Furthermore, the invoice will include information on the individual/company that hired the musician(s), the venue information, the date of the event, the total amount owed, and the date upon which payment must be made. This invoice prevents any misunderstanding between the musician(s) and the hiring party. It is not uncommon for the performer(s) to provide an invoice and ask for payment (or a part thereof) before the performance.
